Our router and WiFi extender setup services are provided by certified technicians.

We do not guarantee specific WiFi speeds or coverage, as these depend on your ISP and equipment.

You must provide accurate information (address, device details) for service scheduling.

2. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on service complexity.

Full payment is required at time of booking (via secure payment gateways).

Cancellation Policy:

24+ hours notice: Full refund

Less than 24 hours: 50% refund

3. Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing hardware defects

ISP-related outages

Improper use of equipment after setup

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

4. Intellectual Property
All website content (guides, logos, text) is owned by NetPlus Solutions.

You may not reproduce or redistribute our setup guides without permission.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide a safe work environment for technicians.

Share accurate device/ISP information.

Backup router settings before service (if applicable).

6. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Safety concerns

Harassment of staff

Fraudulent requests
