1. Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Full Refund (100%) – If:

You cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled service

We are unable to complete setup due to unforeseen hardware defects (with proof)

🚫 No Refund – If:

You cancel less than 24 hours before service

The issue is caused by your ISP or existing equipment (we’ll help diagnose)

You refuse technician access or necessary information

2. Partial Refunds (Case-by-Case)
🔹 50% Refund – If:

Service is partially completed (e.g., basic setup done but unable to optimize due to external factors)

3. How to Request a Refund
